We ship worldwide and delivery typically takes 14 business days. During peak periods like holidays or Chinese New Year, add 4–7 extra days.
All orders ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouse. We currently ship to most countries worldwide.

When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. Orders are fulfilled through our third-party dropshipping partners (Zendrop / CJDropshipping). We remain responsible for ensuring your order reaches you. If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.
30-Day Return Policy: Return any unused product in original packaging within 30 days of receipt.
EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal: EU consumers may withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, without giving any reason. To withdraw, contact us at neatzoshop@outlook.com with your order number.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Store Policies
All orders are shipped from international warehouses. Estimated delivery is 7–21 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location within Europe. Spain and major EU countries typically fall within the lower end of this range.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays and customs processing.
Once you place your order, we prepare it for dispatch within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after purchase and a separate shipping notification once your order is on its way.
We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.
A tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress through the carrier's website.
If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at neatzoshop@outlook.com.
Orders are shipped from overseas warehouses and may pass through customs upon arrival in the EU. For orders with a value above €150, EU customs regulations may apply and import duties or VAT may be charged by your country's customs authority.
Any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Neatzoshop has no control over customs clearance timelines or charges, and we are unable to predict or cover these costs. If you have questions about import regulations in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs authority before ordering.
Customs delays are outside our control and are not grounds for a refund of shipping costs.
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order — no reason needed. To exercise this right, contact us within the 14-day window at neatzoshop@outlook.com before returning any item.
To initiate a return, email us at neatzoshop@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions on where and how to send the item back.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first — returns sent without prior authorisation may not be processed.

For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return postage costs upon confirmation.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
For defective or wrong items, you may choose between a full refund or a replacement — whichever you prefer. We will cover all associated return costs in these cases.
